Solutions are delivered via any incumbent Multi-Function Printer (MFP)

We’re creating additional opportunities for MFP resellers, who can now upgrade their customers’ MFPs into document management hubs and increase their revenue streams.

With this in mind, we’ve put together some excellent ‘everything-you-need to get started with document management and archiving’ bundles for our MFP reseller partners.

Electronic document management and archiving has been considered, for a long time, as something only the ‘big boys’ can afford.

The cost of the technology, plus the whole implementation/change process required to enable the transition from manually filing paper documents and ‘going electronic’, has been too much for smaller companies to even consider.

But document management is no longer a luxury with a hefty price tag that only large corporates can fund.

Size is no longer a problem

Any organisation that owns an MFP can now integrate document management and archiving technology with their MFP to enable the indexing and storing of electronic documents directly from within the MFP environment … at the click of a mouse.

The downside of manually filing documents within a busy office is well documented

  • It’s not always quick to find a file. You have to leave your desk and go to the cabinet. Not found? Rummage through the ‘waiting to be filed’ pile or check it’s not already out on someone’s desk.
  • If the file is old, it may have been archived? This means a trip to the file room to locate it.
  • It could have been misfiled. A real problem if it’s needed for evidence based verification.

Add to this everyday hassle the cost to the company of having to gradually rent more and more office space just to store the files and the fact that staff can’t access critical information if they decide to work from home or a remote office for the day, and the benefits of MFP electronic ‘filing’ become clear.

MFP document management will also solve any regulatory compliance issues. Files and documents can’t get lost, so the verification is always there and easy to find if you need it.
