Email to Fax, Fax to Email

To enable Cloud Faxing, ProcessFlows supplies one or more dedicated fax numbers and fax-enables the applications and/or devices that are going to be used to send faxes. A dedicated email address is then set up, through which all in- and out-bound fax traffic is directed – @companyname-fax.com, for example.

To fax, users simply have to enter the recipient’s fax number in front of the @ sign in the dedicated email address (eg 01962835100@companyname-fax.com, in our example) and the fax is sent. It really is that simple.
