Customise the Interactive Voice Response experience with UCConnect
UCConnect, a CX-E module that supports custom voice applications, is designed with robust Interactive Voice Response (IVR) capabilities. UCConnect applications are created in Microsoft Visual Studio, allowing programmers to use any language supported in Visual Studio to build custom applications. UCConnect, a .NET component added to Visual Studio, provides access to the messaging and call processing capabilities of CX-E from within the created applications. UCConnect does not utilise proprietary scripting and data access connectors. Therefore, custom voice applications can be implemented both simply and economically.
