An increasing number of organisations are consolidating their printers, copiers, scanners and fax machines with Multi-Function Printers to reduce their total cost of ownership and improve business processes.
ProcessFlows provides a range of solutions that utilise these devices to capture, process, manage and deliver documents around the business allowing our customers to realise cost savings, increased efficiencies and improve document security.
For example, many Finance Departments already use MFPs as distributed scanners for capturing Invoices. Our Accounts Payable Plus offering could be used to manage the approval process of those invoices. Similarly, documents can be scanned directly from the MFP into a secure document management repository where they can be stored with related documents and retrieved quickly in future.
OpenText RightFax works with MFPs to consolidate network faxing services, giving users convenient access to faxing with the same device they use daily for printing, scanning, and copying.
RightFax acts as a centralised document processing hub, enabling users to securely send hard copy documents by fax, whilst taking advantage of the powerful features of RightFax, such as delivery notification in email, automatic storing of the image and electronic audit-trail. Furthermore, inbound faxes can be delivered directly to the recipient’s email inbox and printed manually or automatically using the secure printing features of the MFP.
Users benefit from having a single device and interface. The business benefits by replacing redundant fax machines with a secure, consolidated device which costs less to run.
