Administrator Training

Who Should Attend: RightFax system or group administrators. Email administrators who need to integrate RightFax to their existing email system. Application developers or system integrators.

Pre-requisites: A basic understanding of networking and Windows Servers would be useful.

Topics Covered: Planning and System Architecture, Installation, MFP Module, XML Generator Module, Shared Services Module, Service Configuration, Client Installation, WebAccess, Least Cost Routing, Using Fax Reporter, Alerts and Monitoring, Sync Module, Maintaining RightFax, Installing the Microsoft Exchange Module, Installing the Lotus Notes Module, Printer Installation, SMS Pager Service, Billing Codes, Creating a Cover Sheet, Groups, User Configuration, Creating FaxUtil Objects, Soap Server and Client for Web.

General Info: Duration: 1 Day, 9:30am to 5:00pm with 1hr lunch break – Location: ProcessFlows, Chandlers Ford, Hants.

On-Site Training: For the larger company that requires more personnel technically trained on the system, we offer on-site training for up to six delegates.

End-User Training

Introductory Course

This course is designed to give users a full overview of sending and receiving faxes through the client software. It is extremely beneficial to all new users and will ensure they gain the full benefits of RightFax.

Mandatory Requisites: Training to be conducted at customer site and all delegates must be equipped with a networked PC which has access to the RightFax client software.

Topics Covered: Overview of FaxUtil, Billing codes, Creating faxes, Receiving faxes, Printing faxes, Fax Server phonebook, Coversheets, User preferences, Editing outbound faxes, Viewing faxes, Forwarding/routing faxes, Combining faxes.

Progressive Course

This course is designed for users who will benefit from using the advanced and additional features RightFax offers. Due to the differing requirements of users ProcessFlows provide a modular approach. Depending on the number of modules you choose, the course can be as little as ½ day or as long as two days.

Mandatory Requisites: Training to be conducted at customer site. Minimum of one full training day booked. Maximum two sessions per day. Maximum six delegates per session. Delegates must be equipped with a networked PC which has access to the RightFax client software.

Topics Covered: Email faxing and receiving, Word – mailmerge (Fax broadcast), RightFax embedded codes, Send/receive options, RightFax folders/archiving, Notification options, Fax distribution lists, Scanning with FRightFax, Splitting faxes, OCR, Binary attachments, Fax approval system, Filtering and sorting, ODBC/MAPI phonebooks.
