Admin Training

Overview: Our on-site training day is designed for up to six delegates. A dedicated CX-E Trainer will contact you to discuss your training requirements and book a mutually convenient day. He will then spend up to six hours at your premises, covering the ‘day to day’ management of the system.

Who should attend? CX-E system administrators, Telecom Managers and anyone who will need to administer the server.

Pre-requisites: A basic understanding of telephony and Windows Servers would be advantageous.

Topics Covered:

System Admin Module 1 – This presentation covers creating new users and editing existing users together with the various mailbox options available including message notification and message forwarding.

System Admin Module 2 – This presentation concentrates on the Call Processors and ESP (Extension Specific Processing) programming, allowing multiple-choice menus to be offered to callers
