RightFax acts as a centralised document processing hub, enabling users to securely send hard copy documents by fax, whilst taking advantage of the powerful features of RightFax, such as delivery notification in email, automatic storing of the image and electronic audit-trail. Furthermore, inbound faxes can be delivered directly to the recipient’s email inbox and printed manually or automatically using the secure printing features of the MFP.
Users benefit from having a single device and interface. The business benefits by replacing redundant fax machines with a secure, consolidated device which costs less to run.
