The Sofia based outsourcing office now employs a specialist team of 120, has an annual turnover in excess of £2 million and an impressive customer base of 60 clients which include SME’s and large corporate organisations.

Virtual desktop developers, Thintech, who list the London Stock Exchange and Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi in their customer base, have depended on ProcessFlows Outsourcing to provide 24×7 helpdesk support for their Citrix based, virtual Windows desktops for almost 5 years.

The relationship with ProcessFlows grew as Thintech’s business expanded. ProcessFlows now deals with Thintech’s new client contracts/SLAs and back-office processes, as well as providing marketing support – which includes direct marketing and social media interaction.
