AVST Achieves Microsoft Gold Partner Status

July 2, 2015

ProcessFlows has been supplying and integrating AVST’s, independent, unified communications technology (CX-E) in the UK for almost 30 years.

Andy Whiteside, who heads up the UC team at ProcessFlows, AVST’s sole UK distribution partner (and a MS Gold Certified Partner), said: “The news that AVST has recently achieved Microsoft Gold Partner Messaging Competency is not a surprise for us. It verifies what we have always said – that AVST’s CX-E Unified Communications software really is best in breed!”

Not only is CX-E the only other messaging store Microsoft recommends (other than Exchange UM) but it also has integration to Skype for Business to really enhance the features and functionality of the Microsoft solutions.

Industry experts are suggesting that by combining Skype for Business and CX-E, you have real PBX replacement opportunity.

CX-E is totally interoperable with all major telephony systems; seamlessly integrating with Cisco, Avaya and Mitel infrastructures to deliver the latest UC benefits across the entire organisation using the telephony system staff are already familiar with.

CX-E can also access different message stores – Exchange, O365, Google Apps and Lotus Notes. This flexibility enables users to deploy UC in their own time, with the best possible migration experience.

“This interoperability is key for our customers. Public Sector organisations in particular have found that CX-E’s ease of integration has enabled them to seamlessly join-up and automate their communications, in spite of being located over many different office sites and supporting a large mobile workforce.

This ability to build functionality on what the customer already has, has also enabled ProcessFlows to substantially grow their channel business and become a trusted working-partner for communication providers like Azzurri, Vodafone, Telefonica, Worldstone, 4net and Worldstone” said Andy.

Gold Messaging Competency clearly demonstrates AVST’s “best-in-class” capability in an Exchange environment and distinguishes AVST’s CX-E within the top 1 percent of Microsoft’s Partner ecosystem.

“AVST’s new status is a real positive for ProcessFlows” said Andy Whiteside. “It gives us even more credibility as an organisation capable of delivering bespoke business process improvement integrations with the latest Microsoft technology.”
