Abacus Data Builds Channel Relationship with ProcessFlows

Luton based data entry services provider, Abacus, have recently joined the ProcessFlows Channel Partner Programme.

The partnership enables Abacus to expand their portfolio, adding the supply and installation of ProcessFlows’ range of business transformation software solutions (which includes the automated capture of data and workflow-trigger for processes such as Accounts Payable, Digital Mailroom, Proof of Delivery etc), to their established list of document scanning, data entry and mail & fulfilment credentials.

Abacus are able to do this without the usual associated investment when on-boarding something new as ProcessFlows provides pre-sales technical advice and a full range of services for all partners signed-up to their Channel Partner programme.

This leaves Abacus free to focus on generating new business opportunities from their established and impressive customer base, which includes the likes of Oxfam, Boeing, Unilever and leading further education establishments.

For many years, Abacus has used ProcessFlows document scanning and management technology in-house to help fulfil service delivery.

After 40 successful years converting data into an electronic format (typically things like hand completed forms) for clients like Children with Cancer UK, University College London and King’s College, Abacus was put into liquidation.

This is hugely important for our clients, who have, over many years, built strong relationships and trust with members of our friendly team. Abacus plan to start marketing their expanded portfolio of business process technology solutions to their public sector, NHS, finance and HR customers – in fact, any organisation that struggles on a daily basis with an overloaded of paper processes.

ProcessFlows will support Abacus at every stage of this new venture, training staff and supplying technical presales support, installation and other services when required. ProcessFlows will also assist with marketing and lead generation if Abacus need any help.
